In performing its main tasks and functions, UNS is led by the Rector of UNS and supported by 4 (four) Administration Bureaus under direct coordination from the Vice Rectors. The four bureaus are:

1. Academic Administration Affairs 

Academic Administration Bureau is the bureau under the coordination from the Vice Rector I (Academic division) which is responsible for running the administrative services related to the academic field. In performing their duties, the Academic Administration Bureau is aided by 2 (two) divisions: Education Division and Cooperation Division.

2. Finance and Public Administration Affairs

The Bureau of Finance and Public Administration is led by a chief who works under the coordination of the Vice Rector II (Finance and Public Administration division), who is responsible for running public services and financial administration. In performing their duties, the Bureau of Finance and Public Administration is assisted by 4 (four) divisions: Division of Administration, Household and Constitutional Law; Officer Division; Finance Division; and Equipment Division.

3. Student Administration Affairs

Student Affairs Administration Bureau is the Bureau under the coordination of the Vice Rector III (Student Division), which is responsible to perform administration services related to the field of student affairs and alumni. In performing its administrative activities, Student Affairs Administration Bureau is assisted by 2 (two) divisions: division of students’ interest and interpretation and the Student Welfare division.

4.  Planning and Information System Administrative Affairs

Administrative Bureau of Planning and Information System is under the coordination of Vice Rector IV (Development and Cooperation division), which is responsible for running the administrative services related to the field of Planning and Information System. In performing the main duties and functions, the Administrative Bureau of Planning and Information System is assisted by 2 (two) divisions: the Information Systems Division and the Planning Division.
