UNS – At the 73rd anniversary of Indonesian Independence, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta successfully gets two achievements. The achievements are given by Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti).
The news was delivered by the Rector of UNS, Ravik Karsidi, at the ceremony of the 73rd anniversary of Indonesian Independence on Friday (8/17/2018) at the yard of dr. Prakosa’s building. At that time, Ravik said that UNS successfully achieved the best Rector of State University with the financial management system of public service board (PTN BLU) and best lecturer.
“UNS got two categories of appreciation of Academic Leader from Kemenristekdikti. First, I am acknowledged as the best rector for PTN BLU category. Second, the best lecturer title is given to Agus Purwanto from Engineering Faculty,” Ravik said at the ceremony.
Besides, UNS also successfully improved its accreditation this year.
“The result of UNS accreditation in 2018 that has been assigned by BAN PT is A with increasing score. Last year, the score was 372 and this year becomes 374,” he mentioned.
Ravik added that administration and finance section are evaluated as good enough. Then, he thanked to God and to all UNS academic community for all efforts and supports.
“Alhamdulillah, thank you very much for the supports,” Ravik said on behalf of UNS rector.
The ceremony of the 73rd anniversary of Indonesian Independence was attended by the supervisions of university and faculties, lecturers, academic staffs, and students. It was enlivened by Student Activity Unit of Menwa and Student Choir Voca Erudita. humas.red-uns/Imr/Dty
