UNS — Study Program (Prodi) D-3 Agribusiness Vocational School (SV) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta held a business sharing activity. The event took place in the hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UNS, Tuesday (28/2/2023). This activity was attended by students and assisted Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM).
There were also attending the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, Business and Information UNS, Prof. Sajidan; the Vice Dean of Academic, Research and Student Affairs SV UNS, Agus Prayitno, M.CALL .; the Vice Dean of Human Resource, Finance and Logistics SV UNS, Abdul Aziz, M.Cs, and the Vice Dean of Planning, Cooperation, Business and Information SV UNS, Dr. Eng. Herman Saputro, M.T; as well as cooperation partners PT Sriboga Flour Mill.
In this event, it was also conducted the signing of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with PT. Sriboga Flour Mill. The event was continued with remarks by Dr. Eng Herman Saputro; Director of PT. Sriboga Flour Mill, Rike Sundari, M.BA .; and Prof. Sajidan. After the remarks, the event was continued with material by Rizki Puspita Dewanti, M.Si., lecturer of D-3 Agribusiness UNS and Panca Indria as the Service & Empowerment Manager of PT Sriboga.
Panca Indria said that the UMKM business sharing with PT Sriboga had been carried out twice.
“The implementation of the collaboration carried out by both parties is dedicated especially to UMKM on UNS campus in order to educate that the campus is a source of knowledge. Hopefully, this cake-making demonstration training can provide benefits for UMKM actors, such as programs to increase the knowledge of MSME actors,” he explained.
The Director of PT Sriboga Flour Mill, Rike Sundari, M.B.A. also expected that students could carry out apprenticeship programs directly to large outside industries, such as PT Sriboga Flour Mill and to company-assisted MSMEs (UMKM).
“Hopefully, students can witness and experience directly how to manage a business from small to large MSMEs,” she added. Humas UNS
