UNS – Education is the main principal to face global challenges, and school is the best place of its development. Based on the Pancasila as the five principles of Indonesia and UUD 1945 Constitution, school is a part of education that can bring a nation to the brighter future.
To realize the goal, Indonesian Air Force inaugurates the Senior High School (SMA) of Pradita Dirgantara on Wednesday (7/11/2018). Located at Ngesrep village, Ngemplak sub-district, Boyolali district, this school has an international standard which uses the concept of aerospace military academy.
There came the third president of Indonesia B. J Habibie, the admiral of Indonesian military Hadi Tjahjanto, and the rector of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta Ravik Karsidi. At the ceremony, Hadi hoped the students would be Indonesian the protector of Pancasila and the guard of the unitary state of the republic of Indonesia.
“There is a way to educate, graduate intelligent people as well as the protector of Pancasila and the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia, one of them is by establishing a school named SMA Pradita Dirgantara,” Hadi explained.
At the same occasion, Habibie also elucidated the importance of developing human resources as the base of nation’s strength.
“Many nations stated that Indonesian power is not in the natural resources. It is on the renewable human resources. Therefore, the improvement of developing human resources can only be done by the cultural path,” Habibie said. humas.red-uns/Imr/Dty
