UNS – Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta improves its research quality and also supports learning process in campus. As the realization, UNS cooperates with Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) to release BNI Fleksi Research. This cooperation was launched by Widodo Muktiyo as Vice Rector of Planning and Cooperation Universitas Sebelas Maret and Agus Suwasono as chief of BNI Region Yogyakarta. This occasion was being held in meeting room of Rectorate Building of UNS on Tuesday (6/6/2018).
Widodo explained that this cooperation is a financial support that does not only focus on research development but also for the postgraduate and outstanding student. He hopes that BNIâs loan can support the students as well as the faculty members. Moreover, it can increase the students’ learning progress in all education level.
âActually, we want this cooperation to be more intensive. We hope that UNS can help us to identify every lecturerâs needs for their research. So that we can maximize our service with one stop shopping. We keep our commitment on it,â the chief of BNI Yogyakarta said.
The deans and stakeholders of Universitas Sebelas Maret witnessed this agreement. BNI Fleksi Education is a credit facility for education purpose without warrant especially for bachelor to doctoral program of state university and also to support the lecturers’ research. Moreover, the programs of this education loan are for research and lecturers’ projects, the financial support for master and doctoral program. It also gives the scholarship for the outstanding undergraduate student.
âWe have cooperated with approximately 15 state universities. Fleksi research program is ready to give the loan for lecturerâs research needs. This program also provides some scholarships for outstanding students from undergraduate, master, and doctoral program,â Agus Triyono as the chief of BNI Region Surakarta stated in a statement. humas.red-uns/Ysp/Dty
