UNS – The development of technology and information contributes to many positive effects for the society, one of them is by easing people’s daily activity. Therefore, the hospital of Universitas Sebelas Maret (RS UNS) Surakarta serves an application for patients to register to RS UNS. This app is called as E-Pasien version 1.1 that has been launched on Tuesday (09/25/2018). This app can be officially used on October 1, 2018.
The advantages of using this app are (1) patients will have a queue number based on intended polyclinic; (2) the general patients are allowed to go directly to the polyclinic without queuing; (3) the insurance patients, including JKN-KIS, only need to bring requirement files and print the SEP out on the checking day; and (4) 24 hours open registration.
Moreover, patients may choose desired doctor and payment method (insurance or general). Additionally, patients will obtain referral date being valid for 90 days based on the rule of BPJS.
This app is available to download at the official website of RS UNS on rs.uns.ac.id. Patients only need to register by online using the medical record and date birth. Most importantly, this registration can only be done by the patients that have officially registered at RS UNS.
