UNS — To share students’ interests and talent, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Agriculture (FP) held a Dean Cup. This event is a competition with three championships: e-sport, cognitive, and art. The inter-programs competition was held from 28 August to 4 September 2021.
Contacted by uns.ac.id, Camellius Dellelis Gitom Pamungkas, the Chief of Committee, stated that each championship consists of four branches.
“E-sport consists of a virtual run, PUBG, mobile legend, and online chess. Art has four groups: traditional-modern dance, vocal group, outfit of the day (OOTD), fashion creation, and painting. Lastly, in cognitive, there are essay, photography, creative video, and infographics,” he explained on Friday (3/9/2021).
He also added that the Dean Cup implementation needs collaboration from all student associations (UKM) and program student associations (HMP) in FP. Moreover, this event involves all programs as participants of the competition.
“The Dean Cup aims to strengthen and familiarize each program in FP through various championships. Besides, also to provide means for students in creating and share their interests and talents,” he added.
Although managed online, but the Dean Cup was welcomed with great enthusiasm from FP UNS students. Camellius hopes that through this activity, all programs could get closer to one another. Humas UNS
