UNS — The Public Relations (Humas) Office and Media Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta received a visit from the Branding Team of Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) on Tuesday (7/12/2021). The visit was held offline in Ruang Sidang I, Rektorat Building dr. Prakosa UNS.
The Chairman of UM Branding Team, Andreas Syah Pahlevi, S.Sn., M.Sn. led the five-members group visit and was welcomed directly by the Chief of Public Relations (Humas) Office and Media UNS, Dr. Deddy Whinata Kardiyanto.
Dr. Deddy extended his gratitude for the visit and hoped that it could strengthen the relationship between the universities.
“We are thankful that UM visits UNS. We have not visited UM, but (our) fellows from UM has come here first. Hopefully, we could visit UM one day,” Dr. Deddy stated.
Dr. Deddy also hoped that this visit could facilitate an exchange of experiences and information on the public relations world. Dr. Deddy also revealed his willingness to build a synergy with uM after the visit.
“Hopefully, this silaturahmi could be maintained so that we could build a synergy together,” he added.
Supporting Dr. Deddy’s remarks, the Chairman of UM Branding Team, Andreas Syah Pahlevi, S.Sn., M.Sn. also stated that his unit wants to obtain extensive knowledge on Public Relations and Media management in UNS.
Andreas also stated that his team wants to improve their knowledge regarding UNS governance because UNS had received the Public University with Legal Entity (PTNBH) status before UM that just received its PTNBH status this year.
“We have a principle that this silaturahmi brings fortune and knowledge; moreover UNS has received PTNBH before (us),” Andreas stated. Humas UNS
