UNS – Chairunisa Ardelia Kusumastuti, a student of the D-3 Applied Communication study program at the Vocational School (SV) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta, has been chosen as Putri Solo (Miss Solo Ambassador) in the Pemilihan Putra Putri Solo (PPS) 2023. The award ceremony took place at Lokananta on Tuesday (15/8/2023) evening. Nisa, as she is fondly called, represents the Pasar Kliwon Subdistrict. At the age of 21, she bravely participated in PPS 2023, an event she had been aspiring for.
The grand and splendid final of PPS 2023 also confirmed six winning pairs. This competition combines talents, intelligence, and commitment to building a better future. The six winning categories are First Winner, Second Winner, Third Winner, Favorite Winner, Friendship Winner, and Environment Winner. Nisa, as she is fondly called, was the first winner in this event. Additionally, the favorite winner of PPS 2023 was Queenflea Aiko Arrayyan, a student of the D-3 Applied Communication study program UNS.
Sahabat Program
On the jury panel, Nisa introduced her program called “SAHABAT” which stands for Healthy (sehat), Happy (bahagia), and Adaptive (adaptif). The main focus of this program is the 2B campaign, namely Be Healthy and Be Happy. Nisa will organize activities to promote wellness tourism among the people of Surakarta City.
Nisa believes that the “Sahabat” program can provide education and enhance people’s understanding that Surakarta City is a pilot city for wellness tourism. The program is also expected to contribute to the well-being of the creative economy in Surakarta City.
“I want to promote wellness tourism to the entire community and I also want to improve the well-being of the creative economy in Surakarta City,” she said.
When contacted by the uns.ac.id team, Nisa admitted that she did not expect the results she achieved. All the finalists for Putra Putri Solo 2023 have a close bond, like a family.
“We (the finalists of Putra Putri Solo 2023) are here fighting together, equally outstanding, and this trophy is for all of us,” Nisa said.
In the grandeur of the peak event of PPS 2023, Nisa transformed into an admirable figure. With great happiness and enthusiasm, she became a symbol of pride as Putri Solo 2023. Her victory is not only the result of physical beauty but also of personality, achievements, and contributions they have made and will make in the future.
