The students who participated in this competition are 11 students from the Environmental Science Program class of 2021: Sovia Wijayanti, Haydar Ally, Ressa Karina, Glora Ramadhani, Muhammad Bondan Mardiyanto, Fadhil Achmad Zaky, Daffa’ Nur Waskito, Risma Salsabila Foresty, Anisa Eka Putri Aryanto, Faisya Haqqin Abrari, and Yunia Putri Annisa Arta.

In this competition, participants were required to upload their videos to the YouTube channel to participate in the assessment process. UNS students were announced as the 1^st winner on Wednesday (16/2/2022).

To uns.ac.id team, Fadhil Achmad Zaky, one of the team members, stated that they participated in the competition to use the opportunity and the available momentum as a means of self-actualization, channel their creativity and improve self-potential and skills. “And to evaluate our weaknesses and improve our skills,” Fadhil explained on Sunday (20/2/2022).

Fadhil added that they were grateful for this achievement. “We are grateful for winning two competitions in a row. It was an unexpected win because this is our first trial as a team,” Fadhil added.

The UNS team submitted an inspirational video and short movie. Their video titled ‘Terima’ (Acceptance) tells the story of a university student who needs to accept what is destined for them. “The short movie titled ‘Gantung’ (hanging). This movie raises the issue of sexual violence against a woman and how she revived from the traumatic experience,” Fadhil explained.

In the future, Fadhil hoped that their experience and knowledge from these competitions could be actualized in the following competitions and their daily life.

“Hopefully, the messages from each storyline that we share could be delivered well to the audience,” he hoped. Humas UNS
