UNS — In total, 13 students of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta received the bike as prizes from Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). The door prizes were provided by BRI because the student had paid their Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the May-August 2021 semester through BRI.

The 13 bike units are handed over to the students during the Free Emission Friday event on the dr. Prakosa courtyard UNS on Friday (1/10/2021). The Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, along with the Vice-rectors and the Faculty Deans in UNS, also attended the occasion.

The Head of BRI Solo Sudirman Branch, FX Suranta, expressed his gratitude to the UNS for providing the opportunity to hand over the prizes to the UNS students that day.

“We would like to thank UNS because it provides an opportunity to collaborate on this occasion. Starting this semester, BRI is allowed to collaborate with UNS to serve the students and the academic community in UNS. It is really such dignity for BRI, for serving the best universities in the Great Solo Region and also one of the best in Indonesia,” said FX Suranta.

To attract students to pay their tuition fees through the BRI channel, the bank provides a total of 13 bikes as door prizes. “Therefore, all UNS students who pay the tuition fee through the BRI channel from all across Indonesia will have the opportunity to get this prize. We are grateful that there are many UNS students from various faculties who had chosen BRI for completing their tuition payment,” said FX Suranta.

Meanwhile, the Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, really appreciated the efforts made by BRI. Prof. Jamal also thanked BRI for providing door prizes for UNS students. “Hopefully, this wonderful opportunity will not stop here. In the future, hopefully, there will be many other BRI programs designed for UNS students and academic staff. May this collaboration between UNS and BRI can continue to flourish,” said Prof. Jamal.
