UNS – In commemoration of its 48th Dies Natalis, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta awarded outstanding alumni. These awards were presented during the Open Senate Meeting of the UNS Academic Senate on Friday (8/3/2024).
As the Chairman of the 48th UNS Dies Natalis, Drs. Harjana, M.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., stated that the recognition of outstanding alumni is UNS’ appreciation for the contributions and achievements of the best alumni in each faculty and school. He conveyed this during the Inauguration Night for the Recipients of Outstanding UNS Alumni Awards 2024, on Thursday night (7/3/2024) at the Ki Hadjar Dewantara Building Ballroom, UNS.
A total of 16 alumni received these awards. They were recognized for their achievements in their respective fields. These awards are an effort to strengthen and enhance the relationship between alumni and UNS. Additionally, the achievements of these alumni in their careers can serve as motivation and exemplary models for students entering the workforce and business world.
UNS Acting Rector, Dr. Chatarina Muliana, S.H., S.E., M.H., also expressed appreciation to all the selected alumni. During the inauguration night, she emphasized the importance of alumni who actively contribute to UNS’ development and make real contributions to society. The alumni network at UNS is strong both at the faculty and university levels. The presence of alumni, both domestically and internationally, always strengthens UNS’ development as a State Legal Entity Higher Education Institution (or PTNBH).
“Therefore, allow me to congratulate the sixteen best alumni who have been selected as outstanding UNS alumni for 2024, representing each faculty and school,” Dr. Chatarina said.
Here is the list of outstanding alumni who received awards from UNS in commemoration of the 48th UNS Dies Natalis in 2024.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) is Dr. Hj. Prembayun Miji Lestari, M.Hum. She currently serves as a lecturer at Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) with the position of Head of the Javanese Literature Study Program, Faculty of Culture and Literature (FBS) Unnes.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) is Drs. Joko Sutrisno. He is currently involved in the business world in the education, hotel, restaurant, and tourism sectors.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Law (FH) is Ida Nuryanti, S.H., M.M. She currently serves as the Head of the Payment System Implementation Department, Bank Indonesia (BI).
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) is Dr. Amurwani Dwi Lestariningsih, S.Sos., M.Hum. She currently serves as the Deputy Assistant for Child Health and Education Rights Fulfillment, Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) RI.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) is Maryadi, S.E., M.M. He currently holds a strategic position as the President Director of PT Berdikari.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Agriculture (FP) is Ir. Hendratmojo Bagus Hudoro, M.Sc. He currently serves as the Director of Plantation Protection, Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) RI.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Medicine (FK) is Major General TNI Dr. dr. Prihati Pujowaskito, Sp.JP(K), FIHA, MMRS. His current position is Dean of the Military Medicine Faculty, Universitas Pertahanan (Unhan) RI.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Engineering (FT) is Ir. Ahmad Zulaihan, S.T, I.P.M. He currently serves as the President Director of PT Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) is Dr. Udhi Eko Hernawan, S.Si., M.Sc. He serves as the Head of the Oceanography Research Center, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN).
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Arts and Design (FSRD) is Rina Pandansari, S.Sn. She is an entrepreneur and the owner of Batik Pandansari.
The outstanding alumnus of the Postgraduate School is Prof. Dr. Irfan Budi Pramono, M.Sc. Currently, Prof. Irfan is a researcher at BRIN.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Sports Science is Sugeng Hariyadi, S.Pd. M.Or. He serves as a young policy analyst at the Surakarta City Youth and Sports Office (Dispora).
The outstanding alumnus of the Vocational School (SV) is Andy Rahman Yuliman, S.E, M.Hum. He serves as a senior analyst in the Deputy Director of Supervision of Financial Services Business Actors, Education, and Consumer Protection at the South Kalimantan Financial Services Authority (OJK) Office.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Information Technology and Data Sciences (FTSD) is Deni Agus Kristianto, S.Kom., M.M. He works as a bank employee and Head of Sharia Compliance, AML & GCG.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Psychology is Dica Pramarti Apriliani, S.Psi. She serves as a senior manager, Head of Human Capital Strategic Planning & Culture Transformation Dept. at PT. PP (Persero) Tbk.
The outstanding alumnus of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry is Ir. Tristianto Nugroho, S.Pt., M.Sc., I.P.P. He currently serves as a lecturer in the Livestock Production Department, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
Major General TNI Dr. dr. Prihati Pujowaskito expressed great pride and honor for the award given as an outstanding alumnus. He and all UNS alumni are committed to supporting and upholding the good name of their alma mater, UNS, forever.
