UNS – Working in a national institution requires big dedication in order to perform the duties and obligation. Therefore a reward to the employees for their best hardwork would be a great appreciation to improve their future performance. Adjis Sanjaya, an alumnus of Biology Study Program of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of Universitas Sebelas Maret (FMIPA UNS) Surakarta successfully won the national award as an exemplary employee at Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) 2017.
The award was given directly by Chief of BPOM, Penny Kusumastuti Lukito, during main event of BPOM 16th Anniversary Celebration. The event, that was held at Balai Kartini, Jakarta Selatan, brought the theme “Innovation and Partnership Maintenance Supports the Improvement on Drugs and Foods Control Effectiveness”. The award was expected to increase motivation and drive the spirit of other employees to continue to serve as a civilian state apparatus.
Adjis Sanjaya is currently working at BPOM Gorontalo in division of Inspection, Investigation, Certification and Information Services. When he was a student in UNS, Adjis was active in various activities and organizations. He was part of Biology study group named Kepak Sayap.
