UNS — Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta has once again secured three awards at the Anugerah Diktiristek 2023. This event was organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (Ditjen Diktiristek) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek).
The three awards that UNS received at the Anugerah Diktiristek in the State Legal Entity Higher Education Institution (PTNBH) category are Gold Winner for Press Releases, Silver Winner for Magazines, and Bronze Winner for the Best Collaboration Report.
UNS Rector, Prof. Dr. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M.Hum., directly received the awards in Jakarta on Wednesday (13/12/2023) evening. Prof. Jamal expressed that these three awards are the most beautiful gift for UNS at the end of 2023. “Alhamdulillah, on behalf of UNS, I am very grateful for this achievement. Thanks to everyone who has worked and supported UNS so that it successfully brings home three medals,” Prof. Jamal said.
Prof. Jamal further explained that, of the three awards of this Anugerah Diktiristek, two of them are the achievements of the UNS Public Relations and Media Center. Meanwhile, the Best Collaboration Report is the result of the Directorate of Cooperation, Development, and Internationalization of UNS. “I highly appreciate the performance of the Public Relations and Media Center and the Directorate of Cooperation, Development, and Internationalization. The competition is very tough in the PTNBH league. Hopefully, UNS will achieve even more in 2024,” Prof. Jamal said.
Through these awards, it is evident that UNS can compete with other PTNBH in Indonesia. “This award serves as motivation for all staff to continue working better and maximizing their efforts in the future. The challenges ahead are not easy, thanks to all staff for their commitment and hard work so far,” Prof. Jamal added. HUMAS UNS
