SOLO – “Overseas Student Goes to Village” was positively responded by the people of Hadiluwih, Sumberlawang, Sragen.
In his welcoming speech, Yusef Wahyudi, Head of Sumberlawang District said, “villagers are impressed with this program”.
Mr. Wahyudi added that this program is very useful for Hadiluwih villagers because villagers can get acquainted with the citizens of other countries, as well as exchanging experience and knowledge. He also expected that foreign students gain useful experience while staying there.
After welcoming ceremony in the village hall, all the participants of “Student Goes to Village” are divided to stay in 12 houses of the villagers for took rest.
