A program called &#8220;Overseas Student Goes to Village&#8221; had been held at November 8-9, 2013.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_880\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-880\" style=\"width: 849px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/goes-to-village-1-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-880 size-full\" title=\"Overseas Student Goes to Vilage\" src=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/goes-to-village-1.jpg\" alt=\"Overseas Student Goes to Village\" width=\"849\" height=\"317\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-880\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Overseas Student Goes to Village<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Overseas students stayed for two days to experience and to interact with tradition, culture, and custom of Hadiluwih society, in Sumberlawang, Sragen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Risa Suryana, the deputy of International Office UNS, said that this event is a way to introduce Indonesian language and culture to overseas student, especially to the new overseas students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">34 overseas students from 17 countries joined some activities such as teaching children at Islamic School, observing morning market, and planting rice.
