Voca Erudita carved their name as a winner at The 63rd International Contest of Habaneras and Polyphony of Torrevieja, Spain on July 17<sup>th<\/sup>-23<sup>rd<\/sup> 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The UNS choral group won the third prize in both Habanera Modality and Poliphony Modality category and also Francisco Valejoz Prize for the best interpretation of a popular habanera \u201cYou\u201d. In addition to trophies, Voca Erudita received endowments of \u20ac2,500 as the third prize in Habanera Modality category, \u20ac2,000 as the third prize in Poliphony Modality category, and \u20ac1,000 as the Francisco Vallejos Prize.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_12991\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12991\" style=\"width: 1501px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/voca-erudita-uns-habaneras2017-3.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12991 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/voca-erudita-uns-habaneras2017-3.jpg\" alt=\"Voca Erudita Perform at 63rd International Contest of Habaneras and Polyphony of Torrevieja, Spain\" width=\"1501\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-12991\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Copyright by Patronato Municipal de Habaneras y Polifon\u00eda de Torrevieja<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voca Erudita competed with the other eleven choir groups from eight countries \u2013 Spain, Argentina, the Philippines, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Serbia, and Ukraine. The first and second prizes of Habanera Modality Awards were won by Kammerchor Manila (the Philippines) and\u00a0 Youth Choir Kamer (Latvia).
