{"id":14562,"date":"2019-08-10T23:58:59","date_gmt":"2019-08-10T16:58:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/?p=14562"},"modified":"2019-08-10T23:58:59","modified_gmt":"2019-08-10T16:58:59","slug":"10-uns-students-creativity-programs-qualify-2019-pimnas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/10-uns-students-creativity-programs-qualify-2019-pimnas\/","title":{"rendered":"10 UNS Students Creativity Programs Qualify 2019 Pimnas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>UNS \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A total of 10 proposals of Universitas Sebelas Marat (UNS) Surakarta Students Creativity Program (PKM) pass to join 32<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> National Student Science Week (Pimnas) that will be held in Universitas Udayana, Bali on August 27-30 this year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vice-Rector for Students and Alumni Affairs of UNS, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prof. Kuncoro Diharjo, said that the number of programs that qualify for Pimnas increased than last year. In this year, there are 41 programs that have been funded by the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti) and 10 programs were announced to pass Pimnas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLast year (2018), there were 99 PKMs that funded by Kemristekdikti, but only 4 programs that qualify for Pimnas,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Out of 10 PKMs successfully manage for 32<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pimnas in Bali, there are 3 programs of Copyrighted Works (PKM-KC), 5 programs of Exact Science (PKM-PE), also 1 program of each Community Service (PKM-M) and Written Idea (PKM-GT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOur targets are return home gold medals and make UNS proud in this 32<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pimnas,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this reason, the bureau of UNS student affair keeps on preparing so the PKM teams that pass Pimnas will perform optimally in front of the jury panels. \u201cThe preparations start with poster preparation and presentation. For the presentation, we ask for lecturers who expert in their field to give inputs. Then we also invite national level reviewers to evaluate the teams before performing in Pimnas,\u201d explained Prof. Kuncoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, a Faculty of Agriculture (FP) lecturer as well as the supervisor of PKM-M titled \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kampung Sawah <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Trash Village) A Waste Commercialization Program for People in Sawah Karang, Jebres\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eksa Rusdiyana, S.P, M.Sc, hopes that the team under his supervision can do UNS proud in this Pimnas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHopefully, the 10 PKM teams qualifying Pimnas can present medals for UNS,\u201d he said. <\/span><b><i>Humas UNS\/ Dwi\/Try<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UNS \u2013 A total of 10 proposals of Universitas Sebelas Marat (UNS) Surakarta Students Creativity Program (PKM) pass to join 32nd National Student Science Week (Pimnas) that will be held in Universitas Udayana, Bali on August 27-30 this year.
