The award was granted during the Open Senate Session UNS 44<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary in G.P.H Haryo Mataram Auditorium UNS, Wednesday (11\/3\/2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho stated that the award for outstanding alumni is basically a form of appreciation for reputation, dedication, and achievement at national and international levels which have made a name for the campus and academic members of UNS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThe award for alumni was granted as a form of gratitude from the academic members of UNS to those who with sincerity and diligence have worked, and serve the alma mater. At last, on this occasion, I wish you success, congratulation, and thanks for the alumni who were selected as the recipients of outstanding alumni awards in the UNS 44<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary 2020. Hopefully, this award will inspire all UNS academic members and other alumni to always create and serve for the nation\u2019s progress,\u201d Prof. Jamal stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The chairman of the Central Alumni Association (IKA) UNS, Budi Harto, MM stated that the outstanding alumni award is a form of attention and synergy between alumni and alma mater. Budi Harto stated that currently UNS alumni have reached more than 186.771 members and have spread throughout Indonesia and even throughout the world. These alumni have succeeded in occupying various strategic positions in various fields. So, this is a very proud achievement for UNS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cWe expect that this award to UNS outstanding alumni can be held regularly, so that it will trigger alumni\u2019s enthusiasm to be more active in the society, to form a strong alumni network which ultimately leads to the progress of the UNS, nation, and state,\u201d Budi Harto stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The eleven alumni who get the award are Paseh Mawardi alumni of Faculty of Social Studies (FIB), Anis Kurniasih from the Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD), Haryomo Dwi Putranto from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Amir Yanto from the Faculty of Law (FH), H.A. Iskandar Zulkarnain from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Rusdianto from the Faculty of Medical Science (FK), Gunawan Sulistyo from the Faculty of Agriculture (FP), Amral Imran from the Faculty of Engineering (FT), Prof. Hariyono from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Dimas Irawan from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science (FMIPA), and Moch.
