Disinfectant is widely used and sprayed on the road and up to the preparation of a disinfectant booth or chamber.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta pulmonologist who is also known as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine (FK UNS), Prof. Reviono said that a direct disinfectant spray to the body is very dangerous. This is because the materials contained in disinfectants are dangerous particles. If the disinfectant is directly inhaled it can lead to respiratory tract inflammation and if exposed to the eye irritation will occur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cIf it is sprayed every day to the body, automatically the dangerous particles will be accumulated, either it is detergent or alcohol, it can be inhaled and enter the respiratory tract. Along with the accumulation, there will be damage to the lightest condition is acute bronchitis. Moreover, Pneumonitis inflammation can occur because the alveoli are also inflamed and damaged,\u201d explains Prof. Reviono, Wednesday (1\/4\/2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prof. Reviono suggested that if one is traveling to a place that was allegedly is the infection source, such as visiting a sick person or hospital, they can clean their body immediately and change their clothing after arrived home. However, if only visiting a health relative or friend\u2019s house, Prof. Reviono suggested washing hands using soap, which is effective to kill germs, bacteria, and viruses on hand. Of course, always wearing a mask, maintain a safe distance, and avoiding crowds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Meanwhile, for the disinfectant spray to a road, according to Prof. Reviono, is only efficient if it is conducted on a region where there are many \u2018Person Under Supervision (<em>Orang Dalam Pengawasan-ODP<\/em>)\u2019. \u201cI think it will be more effective to wipe the surface of frequently touched objects, such as doors, banisters, elevator rails, and chair rails because the virus can be spread through those objects,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prof. Reviono appeals that the public continues to maintain its health. \u201cIf the person is healthy, their immune will be able to fight the virus and the virus will be died by itself. As long as the virus is spreading, the virus will continue to live because it moves from person to person. Therefore, maintaining a safe distance is needed and avoiding crowd are one of the efforts to sever the spread of COVID-19.
