In running the program, Irfan Nur Ikhsan developed two tourism attractions located near his house, the Puncak Argapesona (Argapesona Peak) and Waduk Terpus (Terpus Dam).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Started from his concern on the Natural Resources surrounding his neighborhood, he wanted to empower the human resources to be able to manage the reserves well and contributes to the village development, especially the young generation who still live in the village. \u201cI was concerned with the availability of the natural resources when many of the villagers become migrants and those stayed at home only hanging out, it knocked on my social conscience and move me to help, and for a long time we have intended to contribute to the village,\u201d Irfan explained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Started from last February, Irfan and the young generation in his village started to clean the location, decorate several places, make bridges, statues, and also welcome posts. The next month, Irfan bought five water duck rides for Rp. 7,500,000 each.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Last April, Irfan decided to return home due to pandemic which gave him ample time in his village. At the time, there was no managerial structure for tourism spot. Therefore, Irfan discusses with the village hall to explain the fields needed in tourism management, the main tasks and functions of the field, and technical implementation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The obstacles found in the implementation are the low number of youngsters who can make a proposal, financial report, design, and other technical works. There is where Irfan taught them to be able to get involved in the process. In the tourism field, Irfan got two mandated fields, namely marketing and governance which will design the look of the tourism spot. Starting from next week, Irfan will create a 3D design to educate the community.<br \/>\n\u201cNext week, InsyaAllah I will start the 3D design because I have a basic in interior design thus, I make the 3D design. I make it in 3D because in the village because villagers often hard to comprehend oral or drawn explanation, thus, they need to see the 3D model,\u201d Irfan stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In the nearest future, Irfan is targeting to make a proposal which will be submitted to the Tourism Office on August 1 this year. The total funds that have been disbursed are around Rp. 45,000,000. The funds came from the villager\u2019s contribution because the village does not have a Village-Owned Enterprise (Badan Usaha Milik Desa &#8211; Bumdes). The tourism spot was opened for public on Friday 12 June 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At the end of the interview, Irfan reminded everyone to keep struggling in realizing changes. \u201cThe history noted that big changes were often spearheaded by youngsters, thus as the young generation and university students, we should be able to make real changes in the community.
