In line with the current condition, the theme of the PJT is \u2018Preparing an Adaptive and Innovative Alumni\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Head of FEB UNS ICD, Dr. Arum Kusumaningdyah Adiati, states that, through this event, it is expected that the alumni of FEB UNS can become an adaptable and innovative person. \u201cCapable to answer the demands in the business world and also can easily adapt to conditions that we sometimes cannot predict, such as during a pandemic like this,\u201d Dr. Arum reveals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs FEB UNS, Dr. Mugi Harsono, delivers a message to participants that a country will have a strong economy when there are great amounts of entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In this PJT, FEB UNS ICD invites one of the FEB UNS alumni as a speaker, namely Wahyu Purnamawati, who currently serving as the Assistant for the Vice President in BNI Card Planning and Portfolio Business Division, delivering a speech in HR Challenges in the Digital Age.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Opening her presentation, Wahyu encouraged FEB UNS students to keep their enthusiasm for learning and developing their abilities even during the ongoing pandemic. Further, in entering the working world, many things need to be prepared, students need to identify their areas of improvement and strength. Entering the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) era, according to Wahyu, the HR needed is the generation that has a lot to find out, who continuously learns to develop themselves, and does not stop themselves to the knowledge they have.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cEntering the working world, one thing that important for the millennials, which reach almost 30% of the Indonesia population, is the demand to speak up, opine, and come up with new ideas, out of the box,\u201d Wahyu states.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lastly, Wahyu encourages that UNS graduates are extraordinary, while many have been successful. UNS alumni should be courageous to show themselves and their competencies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The second speaker, Gita Aulia Nurani, a psychologist, detailing the recruitment process conducted by big corporations and the strategies that graduates need to take to be able to compete. Gita advised that students from now on can train to dig up information related to current issues and also hone the ability to think analytically through the information he obtained.
