Alif Sholihin, a student of Fine Art Education Program won the first place in International Multimedia Engineering Technology Competition 2020 on 3<sup>rd<\/sup> July conducted by Multimedia Engineering Technology, Telkom University and joined by many countries. After passing two weeks of the selection process, Alif was announced as the winner in the poster design category and knocked out the other 484 competitors. The 8<sup>th<\/sup>-semester student admitted that he was delighted to win the competition.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cAlhamdulillah I am very happy, especially when I heard \u2018congratulations to Alif Sholihin from Universitas Sebelas Maret, Indonesia\u2019. I am also grateful because I also won another competition in Student Formula Japan 2019 at Ogasayama Sports Park, Shizuoka Prefecture with the Bengawan FSAE UNS Team in August last year and this month, I finally win individual design competition at the international level,\u201d he said, Monday (27\/7\/2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In this competition, Alif submitted poster design used to educate the community that stay at home is an effective means to stop the spread of Covid-19. The idea of the poster came from the conspiration of the time machine and a concept of a letter from the future surrounded by the virus. The letter contains mathematics formula to stop the spread of Covid-19; 2019 + 1 = positive Covid-19; 2019 + 1 + at home = negative Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Alif took three days to complete the design starting from the conceptual exploration until finishing. He took a day to finalize the concept, one day to prepare the illustration sketch, and the third day for digitalization.
