This event was held through the Google Meet platform with a total of more than 50 participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This webinar invites two speakers, Abdul Azizi Purnomo Shidiq, M.Pd, a Faculty Member of the Faculty of Sport (FKOR) UNS, and Narendra Rangga Reswara, an Outstanding Student from the Faculty of Medical Science (FK) UNS 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Beginning the discussion, Abdul explains that sports activities during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic can still be done as long as it adheres to health protocols. &#8220;As long as it adheres to the health protocols such as wearing masks, avoiding crowded places, washing hands before and after exercising, as well as doing a virtual run, can still be carried out,&#8221; Abdul explains. Following his presentation, Abdul opens an interactive question and answer sessions. One of the questions is whether wearing a mask during sport is dangerous or not. In this case, Abdul explains that while wearing a mask someone should only do sports with low or medium intensity. As for the question regarding whether it is safe to exercise in the sports center, Abdul stressed that the safest place to exercise during this ongoing pandemic is at home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Afterward, another material is delivered by Narendra, who explains the new better habits for the new normal era, which can be implemented in four steps namely do it a little at a time, start with persuasion, force ourselves, and realize the power of a habit. &#8220;Start small, we are not constituted of two big aspects, rather millions small aspects we&#8217;ve been done before. Start with temptations, why always think temptations negatively? We can use it to tempt ourselves to do positive things. Force yourselves is not always negative. Being forced can be a habit. Habit will stick in our mind, which will reflect our character, and the power of habits is at the beginning you should force your body to do something,&#8221; Naren explains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Continuing to the question and answer session, Naren answers the question regarding how to do something consistently, &#8220;Keep on doing small things continuously instead of doing two major activities once, such as exercising, force yourself to do the things you want to do.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The conclusion of the webinar is the new trend in sport has positive and negative aspects. However, we are still permitted to do so provided it meets health protocols.
