The two Professors are Prof. Doddy Setiawan, SE, MSi, PhD., Ak., and Prof. Dr. Adi Prayitno, drg., MKes., SpPMM(K). Both Professors are inaugurated through an online inauguration on Tuesday (8\/9\/2020).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prof. Doddy Setiawan, SE, MSi, PhD., Ak., the 15<sup>th<\/sup> Professor from the FEB UNS and the 220<sup>th<\/sup> Professor in UNS, will deliver an inauguration speech entitled Ownership Structure and Dividend Policy. During the Press release meeting, Prof. Doddy states that a dividend distribution announcement is an event awaited by the investor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>A dividend announcement is an important event, considering the attention given by online media through the coverage on dividend distribution announcement by listed firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). \u201cDividend payment is an awaited news by investors because it shows the return for their investment in the firm,\u201d Prof. Doddy explains, in the middle of Yesterday\u2019s (Monday, 7\/9\/2020) Press Conference in Conference Room 2, dr. Prakosa Building.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Further, Prof. Doddy elaborates that investors react to a Dividend distribution by buying firms\u2019 shares. This will increase the demand for the firm&#8217;s shares, which in return will increase the shares price. This result shows that the dividend announcement has useful information content. \u201cThe argument demonstrates the importance of knowledge of ownership structures for investors. Ownership structure affects manager decisions regarding dividend distribution. Therefore, investors need to understand the ownership structure in a firm before taking the investment decision in a firm. In general, a company whose shares are dominated by foreign investors and a state-owned company provides a higher dividend compared to other companies,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Adi Prayitno, drg., MKes., SpPMM(K)., as the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Professor in FK UNS and the 224<sup>th<\/sup> Professor in UNS, will deliver an inauguration speech entitled Oral Cavity Abnormalities are a Mirror of Abnormalities in Other Organs. Prof. Adi states that currently, dental and oral health is included in the five-year survey program implemented by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia starting in 2018. It means that oral and dental health must be used as the basis for the development of public health status, risk factors, and efforts to develop health development.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">He further explains that teeth and mouth damage can lead to serious diseases, such as kidney problems, heart problems, and even strokes. Notably, there are huge numbers of dental and oral illness in Indonesia. According to international standards, on average there are 2-3 dental cavities per person (generally lower jaw teeth), while the average number of dental cavities in Indonesians is 4-5 cavities per person. Prof. Adi adds that oral hygiene is important to describe the overall health of the body. Maintaining oral hygiene is not a difficult action, we only need to brush our teeth and adding mouthwash when needed. There are many types of mouthwashes available in the market. However, it is advised to take a herbal mouthwash, because it will be more effective and adaptive. Soursop leaves, for example, have been studied containing many cleansing molecules (saponins), which can eliminate disease-causing microorganisms, acts as an anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor, and trigger homeostasis. Likewise, Jatropha leaves have been proven to increase the immune system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cDo not hesitate to put forward the promotional and preventive domains because it will greatly save time and money.
