The education media is called BOGABITA Board Game, which aims to introduce Indonesia. The students incorporated in a Student Creativity Program (PKM) Team with members Salma Hanifah Prameswari, Syafira Aulia Fadlillah, Gani Albar Arafat, and Nuno Yusuf Kirana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Salma Hanifah as the team leader explains that this media aim to bring the students closer to Indonesia topics, diversity, and traditional musical instruments based on local wisdom. &#8220;This idea arises when I was attending PKM socialization in UNS Postgraduate building. After the event, finally I establish a PKM team and initiates the creation of a board game, which designed specifically for students with disabilities, for them to understand diversity and fostering a love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) through this education media,&#8221; Salma explains on Tuesday (6\/10\/2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Within its implementation, the team collaborates with Special School (SLB) of Karanganyar District. &#8220;When contacting our collaboration partner, we discuss many things regarding students with intellectual disabilities, who have enthusiasm for learning and high curiosity toward our education media in the form of a board game. Alhamdulillah, yesterday, we just disseminate the material through Google Meet with the SLB teachers and students,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During the dissemination, Salma expresses that the students are highly enthusiastic about playing the BOGABITA. Moreover, the students can also understand the name of traditional music instruments, the president&#8217;s name, and singing the national anthem &#8216;Indonesia Raya&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThey even can memorize Pancasila through this board game media. One of the teachers also mentioned that previously their students have difficulty memorizing new things. But, this BOGABITA board game education media is facilitating students with intellectual disabilities in learning new things,&#8221; Salma explains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Salma hopes that the BOGABITA board game can be applied broadly for students with intellectual disabilities.
