The training was held from 8 Augusts to 30 October 2020 with a total of 16 sessions. The sessions were divided into four materials delivered online and 12 training materials offered offline in Room 5305 Building D Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) UNS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The training was funded by the Community Partnership Program (Program Kemitraan pada Masyarakat &#8211; PKM) grant from Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP) funds Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) UNS. The participants of this training are the Senior High School (SMA) biology teachers in Surakarta Ex-Residency which includes 20 teachers of private and public Senior High School in Karanganyar, Wonogiri, Boyolali, Klaten, Sragen, and Surakarta Municipality. The event includes training on the development of teacher pedagogy with materials on learning strategy, learning evaluation, the development of learning media, and the development of teacher professionalism with material on diversity and classification of living things.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On the 12 offline meetings, participants received an explanation on how to prepare a media for biology teaching using Augmented Reality (AR) which is considered as beneficial for biology teachers. \u201cThe material on preparing learning material for biology course using AR is very beneficial for biology teachers to develop offline learning material amid the pandemic. The material on media development taught in the training is the development of offline media using Smart Application Creator (SAC), Blender and Unity. The final product is online module and AR media which is a basic skill for teachers to conduct online learning,\u201d Faculty Member of Biology Education Program UNS, Puguh Karyanto, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D explained in the release received by uns.ac.id, Wednesday (4\/11\/2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During the training, participants received a grant of pen drive which can be used by teachers to develop a learning media. According to Puguh, the training went smoothly with high enthusiasm from the participants. Teachers were trained, started from those who are unfamiliar with learning media until they can create learning media.
