In the anthropometric test, the athletes were measured for their height, weight, arm length, and sitting height. The physical measures examine leg muscles&#8217; power through the vertical jump, agility, quadrant test, durability, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/PON-XX-athlete-preparation-fkor-uns-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"980\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/PON-XX-athlete-preparation-fkor-uns-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/PON-XX-athlete-preparation-fkor-uns-1.jpg 980w, https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/PON-XX-athlete-preparation-fkor-uns-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/PON-XX-athlete-preparation-fkor-uns-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/PON-XX-athlete-preparation-fkor-uns-1-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The Dean of FKOR UNS, Dr. Sapta Kunta, met between the event and explained that these tests aim to determine athletes\u2019 condition. \u201cThere are 14 volley-ball athletes and five hang-gliding athletes. (The tests) are what needed to generally determine (the success) of the current training and preparation, whether Central Java athletes have the needed modality on need improvements,\u201d Dr. Sapta Kunta stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">He said that based on the physical training result, he would have coordination with the trainers\u2019 team to evaluate each athlete\u2019s condition. If they consider the need for improvements, physical training will be added according to the evaluation results. According to the training parameters, Dr. Sapta Kunta explained that the practice has the parameters according to the national athlete quality in PPLP Ragunan. He added that if these athletes could get near to the national parameters, it is greatly desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFor example, there is a parameter for an athlete running speed in 60 meters. There is also a benchmark for this parameter at the national level,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Sapta Kunta added that before they went through the test, the athletes were asked to stretch in front of the FKOR UNS building.
