Muhammad Hilmi Sabitul Azmi won the 1st prize in the National Public Speaking Competition held by Student Association in Office Management Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition titled The Day of Manper was participated by students of the Office Administration Program in Indonesia through several stages, registration, video submission, video selection, and winner announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hilmi explained that the online competition asked participants to submit a five-minute video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe competition was online in a five-minute video. There were several subthemes offered by the committee, I took the subtheme of creating a positive image of the company. The reason for selecting this subtheme is to inform the employee\u2019s roles as an indirect public relation,\u201d Hilmi explained on Wednesday (29\/12\/2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The winners were announced on Thursday (9\/12\/2021), with the 1st place going to Muhammad Hilmi from UNS. Hilmi stated that he is very grateful for this result, and he was further motivated to continue working.
