This time a student from the Master in Primary School Teacher Education (<a href=\"https:\/\/s2pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/\">PGSD<\/a>) Study Program UNS succeeded in winning 1st place in the 29th General Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) Competition at the <a href=\"https:\/\/cilacapkab.go.id\/\">Cilacap<\/a> Regency level. This event is organized by Cilacap Regency Public Welfare (Kesra) Office. The student who accomplished this glorious achievement was Detria Nur Aini Sutrisno. She admitted that she did not expect to win this prestigious event. \u201cThank God, I don\u2019t expect to be still given the opportunity and given the trust of representing Cilacap to compete at the provincial level that, inshallah, will be held in May, but the venue has not been announced yet,\u201d Detria said when she was contacted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\">uns.ac.id<\/a> team on Monday (9\/5\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This MTQ competition was held in Cilacap Regency Pendopo. Participants in this competition were representatives of sub-districts in the Cilacap Regency. There are eight competition categories, namely children&#8217;s <em>tilawah<\/em> (t\/n: recitation of the Qur&#8217;an), teenage <em>tilawah<\/em>, adult <em>tilawah<\/em>, 1 juz<em> tahfidz<\/em> (t\/n: person who memorize the Qur\u2019an) and <em>tilawah<\/em>, 5 juz <em>tahfidz<\/em> and <em>tilawah<\/em>, 10 juz <em>tahfidz<\/em>, 20 juz<em> tahfidz<\/em>, and 30 juz<em> tahfidz<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparing for the competition, Detria was supervised by H. Zaenal Arifin, S.Sos., as her Qur\u2019an recitation teacher at home. Detria admitted that, when participating in the event, she wanted to gain more experience and knowledge. \u201cThis event continues all the way to the provincial level, even nationally. I want to gain more experience and knowledge, meet new friends, and get together with people from Cilacap, which is the largest district in Central Java. So, expanding my network and reuniting with many friends, because I met many friends who used to met-up at the provincial level,\u201d explained Detria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detria admitted that, in achieving this achievement, she only had two days of preparation training. At the end of the interview, Detria expressed her hope to contribute to Cilacap Regency\u2019s achievement at the provincial level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHopefully, this can promote Cilacap honor at the provincial level, obtaining the expected results, effortless event participation, health, and blessings.
