These students will undertake a one-semester study program at recognized universities in various countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IISMA Co-Funding is a partial funding scheme between students and the government. Through this scheme, the IISMA Co-Funding Program provides more opportunities for Indonesian students who wish to gain study experiences at prestigious foreign universities for a semester. The funding for IISMA Co-Funding comes from two sources: government funding and self-financing by students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rino Ardhian N., Ph.D., the Head of the Office of Cooperation and International Services (KLI) UNS, said that there was no difference in the selection process between IISMA applicants and IISMA Co-Funding. The difference is in the educational funding scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cThis year, UNS managed to send five students. Congratulations to the selected students! Study well and return safely. Build networks there to enhance the international recognition of UNS,\u201d Rino said on Monday (14\/8\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These five UNS students have been selected to study at various universities across Asia, America, and Europe. Nadine Shafa Nabila from the Communication Studies Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania. Odie Yohandi from the Communication Studies Study Program FISIP will be studying at Middle East Technical University in Turkey. Aurelia Natalie Sumarsono from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) will be attending the University of York in the United Kingdom (UK). Nanda Jhaneta Pricela from the Medical Study Program Faculty of Medicine (FK) is set to study at Palacky University Olomouc in the Czech Republic. Danish Faizi Adinata from the Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering (FT) will be pursuing studies at the University of Colorado Boulder in the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, Rino conveyed that the socialization of the IISMA Co-Funding Program still needs improvement. This is because the program was launched only this year and is not widely known among students. It\u2019s also the reason why UNS, through the Office of Cooperation and International Services (KLI), is committed to providing guidance and support to students who wish to apply for IISMA Co-Funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IISMA Co-Funding divides education funding sources into two parts. First, funding by the program itself covers application fees to the destination university, tuition fees at the destination university, international transportation expenses, and emergency funds. Second, there are aspects of self-finance such as arrival costs, monthly living expenses, insurance, local transportation, visa application fees, and Covid-19 testing and quarantine expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The costs are shared between the students themselves and the government.
