LPDP is one of Indonesian prestigious fully-funded scholarships under the management of Ministry of Finance, thus committed to embody a youth generation who has strong vision in becoming future Indonesian leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4881\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4881\" style=\"width: 1600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/LPDP-UNS-Mengajar-1-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4881 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/uns.ac.id\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/LPDP-UNS-Mengajar-1-1.jpg\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4881\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Some UNS LPDP awardees with the local students<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;As LPDP scholarship awardees, our duty is to successfully complete Masters and Doctorate degrees on time. Besides, in addition to academic activities, we also have to actively contribute towards society through social and non-profit programs, one of which is UNS LPDP Mengajar&#8221;, Didik Tri Wahyudi, the Chief of UNS LPDP Scholarship Awardee Union, said. The program established in October 2016 has been executed every Wednesday afternoon in Pucangsawit RT.002 RW.010, Jebres, Surakarta. Awardees of various academic disciplines take turns coaching and sharing their experiences to more than 20 local students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maximizing Potential<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;We apply the learning system through games here. We also have outing classes when there are interesting activities,\u201d Mia Febriana, a postgraduate student of English Education, explained. Moreover, UNS LPDP Mengajar team does not merely conduct academic coaching sessions for these local students, but also help them sharpen their hidden talents and other interests. &#8220;UNS LPDP Mengajar team is also involved in their whole learning process.
