This unit is not only a central of administration process in UNS, but also has an important role to preserve important archives which have historical value of UNS. This unit has the duty and function: store, preserve and manage the archive inactive of working units; ensures security, safety and confidentiality of both physical and information archives; the rediscovery of the archive system guarantees an efficient; serve archive inactive necessary to correct, complete, accurate and complete; and to implement appropriate depreciation archives archival guidelines and procedures applicable.
