Student candidates are required to follow the procedure below for international student admission at UNS:

1. Prospective students learn and look for the study program that fits their interest. List of available faculty and study program can be checked at https://uns.ac.id/en/uns-faculty/
2. Student candidates prepare the required documents.
3. Student candidates submit an online application by filling out an online form.
4. Student candidates submit all the required documents at the “Upload Document” section on the online application.
5. Student candidates print a registration card after submitting the required documents.
6. Administrative selection will be conducted by the admission committee.
7. Interview selection will be conducted for student candidates who pass the administrative selection.
8. Successful candidates will be notified by email, along with the Letter of Acceptance.
9. Student candidates send confirmation to study at UNS.
10. Admitted students complete online registration as student at UNS academic website.
11. Admitted students come to UNS upon receiving notification from UNS International Office.
