Sebelas Maret University (UNS) is committed to supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 11 by providing affordable housing for students. The UNS Student Dormitory is available for all UNS students, including diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate students. Located on Kartika III Street, Ngoresan, Jebres, Surakarta, the dormitory complex consists of four main buildings: A, B, C, and D.

There are several common facilities available for residents, such as a living room/lobby, a canteen, and a meeting room. The dormitory offers two types of bedrooms: single (for one person) and shared (for two people). Each room is equipped with a bed, study desk, chair, and wardrobe.

The UNS Student Dormitory provides various accommodation options with rental prices ranging from IDR 500,000 to IDR 1,500,000 per month, depending on the room type and available facilities.

UNS is committed to continuously evaluating rental prices to ensure they remain affordable for all students and to provide equal opportunities for all students to have access to decent housing. For those in need, dormitory scholarships are available to help ease the financial burden of rent.
