UNS – Investment Gallery of Economics and Business Faculty (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta in cooperation with Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) held a dissemination meeting on stock market entitled “Mechanism of Investor Protection in Stock Market” on Wednesday (17/5/2017).
The dissemination was conducted in Ruang Seminar of UNS Library and featured several speakers: Head of BEI Yogyakarta Irfan Noor Riza, Relationship Management 1 Unit Head KSEI Ruth Yendra Indriyatmi, and Danareksa Solo-Yogya-Semarang Manager Yahuda Nawa Yanukrisna.
Head of FEB UNS Accounting Department Santosa Tri Hananto promoted stock market laboratory development including the establishment of FEB Investor Club, the stock market enthusiasts community in FEB.
“People need to know more about stock market, so I hope all participants here can spread the knowledge to gain people’s confidence and make them feel comfortable and safe to be involved in stock market,” he exclaimed.
Head of FEB UNS Investment Gallery Christiyaningsih Budiwati explained that the event was in line with BEI program, “Yuk Nabung Saham”, aimed to increase the number of investor in Indonesia’s stock market and encouraged the community for stock trading in the stock market. humas-red.uns/Irf/Hfz/Eln
