UNS – Head of Technical Implementation Unit of UNS Library, Muhammad Rohmadi, directly welcomed Ministry of Health Library, led by Jenny and her staffs on Wednesday (18/1/2017).
In the near future, Ministry of Health Library will cooperate with Polytechnic of Health from across Indonesia and UNS Library to hold a national seminar, health fair, and library tour on 14-16th of March 2017.

According to Rohmadi, this cooperation is a follow-up to the vision and mission of UNS Library for taking part in the development of information literacy for the community and other institutions in order to develop Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, especially in an effort to develop health literacy, because UNS Library is an A-accredited library with ISO 9000:2008. In addition, UNS Library also has sufficient facilities and infrastructure, quality human resources, great service, and complete and quality collection, both printed and non-printed (e-book and e-journal).
In order to develop health literacy, UNS already has Medical Faculty, Medical Center, and UNS Hospital to support the development of health literacy in UNS. (Herlangga Hizkiawan/Eln/Hfz)
