UNS — The Auditor Team of the Inspectorate General (Itjen) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) visited Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta for five days from 31 July to 4 August 2023. The visit of the Itjen Kemendikbudristek Auditor Team was to monitor the Ministry Priority Program on Independent Campus Episodes 2, 6 and 20 at UNS.
During their visit, the Itjen Kemendikbudristek Auditor Team, led by Helena, was warmly welcomed by the university leaders, directors, heads of bureaus , and coordinators.
Taufiq Arifin, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D, Ak., the Director of the Directorate of Finance and Asset Optimization, said the Itjen Kemendikbudristek Auditor Team visited UNS to monitor the Ministry Priority Programs of the Independent Campus. “There are three episodes focused on in this monitoring, namely Episodes 2, 6 and 20,” Taufiq explained, Friday (4/8/2023).
Episode 2 of Priority Programs includes the Teaching Campus, the Indonesia International Mobility Award (IISMA) Scholarship program, the Certified Independent Internship and Study Program (MSIB), the PTN Accreditation program, the Independent Entrepreneur program, and the Independent Student Exchange (PMM) program.
Episode 6 of Priority Programs includes the incentive funds for the achievement of UNS Key Performance Indicators (IKU) in 2022, the Independent Campus Competition Program, and the matching fund program. Meanwhile, Episode 20 of Priority Programs involves the teaching practitioner program.
“So the Itjen Kemendikbudristek Auditor Team wants to observe on the field the implementation of the Ministry Priority Programs of Independent Campus Episodes 2, 6 and 20 at UNS. Essentially, they want to know whether these programs comply with existing regulations or not. Such monitoring and observation are standard practices. Through this monitoring and observation, we can receive feedback if there are inconsistencies,” Taufiq added.
Overall, based on the monitoring results, UNS has successfully implemented the Ministry Priority Program for Independent Campus Episodes 2, 6 and 20. “Basically, UNS has been running the programs from the ministry in accordance with the existing regulations,” Taufiq said.
Moreover, the Itjen Kemendikbudristek also appreciated UNS’ achievements in being in the second position (top 10%) among the State Legal Entity Public Universities (PTNBH) and obtaining two IKU excellences, namely IKU 6 and IKU 7.
On Friday (4/8/2023), in Meeting Room 4 of the Dr. Prakosa Building UNS, Helena, as the Quality Controller of the Itjen Kemendikbudristek team, submitted monitoring results to the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs UNS, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Yunus, M.S., accompanied by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Human Resources UNS, Dr. E. Muhtar, S.Pd., M.Sc. CFrA; and the Vice Rector for Research and Innovation UNS, Prof. Dr. Kuncoro Diharjo, S.T., M.T. On this occasion, Helena mentioned that the implementation of the Ministry Priority Program of Independent Campus Episodes 2, 6 and 20 at UNS had been executed well. “The programs have been running smoothly.
