UNS — The Alumni Association (IKA) of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta is getting ready for the 5th National Conference (Munas) on July 2021. The plan was shared by the Chief of IKA UNS 2015-2020, Ir. Budi Harto, in Wedangan IKA UNS special edition “Post Pandemic Economic Recovery” on Friday (18/6/2021) that is live-streamed in UNS official YouTube channel.
Budi Harto who is also the President Director of PT. Hutama Karya stated that IKA UNS management for 2015-2020 was scheduled to end in November 2020. However, the plan to hold a Munas was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Budi Harto also said that the national meeting had been planned for March this year, but again, postponed to July.
“We need to find an appropriate alternative. Thus, in July, we will hold Munas through an offline and online meeting. That way, we hope it will be better,” he stated.
To the Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners (DK) Financial Service Authority (OJK) RI, Prof. Wimboh Santoso, Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI), Doni Primanto Joewono, and the Chief of Indonesian Business Association (Apindo), Dr. Hariyadi Sukamdani, and UNS academic members, Budi Harto encouraged UNS alumni to get prepared for the national meeting.
