In order to increase students’ competitiveness at global level, Faculty of Teacher Teaching and Education of Sebelas Maret University (FKIP UNS) officially sends 12 students to three ASEAN countries – Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore – at a send-off event of International Field Practice Experience (PPL), Friday (13/1/2017). The program managed by FKIP Internationalization Unit is in line with UNS efforts towards World Class University (WCU).

Through partnership with Southeast Asian Ministry of Education Organization (SEAMEO) secretariat, FKIP UNS held the third series of program themed “Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia (SEA – Teacher Project) from January 15 until February 13, 2017. The program, organized since 2016, has facilitated PPL overseas, either in form of inter-university student exchange or an assignment in Indonesian schools abroad.
