UNS — Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta academic members held a joint exercise in front of dr. Prakosa Building UNS, Friday (1/4/2022) as a part of UNS 46th Anniversary celebration.
The exercise started at 06.30 am Jakarta time and was participated by UNS faculty members and academic staff under a strict health protocol. On this occasion, the Rector of UNS, Prof. Dr. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M.Hum., Vice-Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ahmad Yunus, M.S., Vice-Rector for Management and Human Resources Affairs, Prof. Dr. Bandi, M.Si., Ak., Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Affairs, Prof. Dr. Kuncoro Diharjo, S.T., M.T., Vice-Rector for Planning, Partnership, Business, and Information Affairs, Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Sajidan, M.Si., and the Chairman of UNS 46th Anniversary Celebration, Prof. Dr. Reviono, dr., Sp.P(K)., also participated in the exercise.
“Representing UNS executive board, I convey my gratitude to the academic members for participating in today’s exercise,” Prof. Dr. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M.Hum., stated in his opening remark.
Prof. Jamal added that the exercise is expected to improve health, especially for Muslims who are about to enter Ramadan. “Friday is also the free emission day. Thus, all UNS academic members who will enter the campus must walk or use the campus bus,” the Rector added.
The exercise was followed by a door prize draw for participants to win a motorbike, bike, television, and other prizes.
The event also added various other competitions, such as gobak sodor game by Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) UNS in front of dr. Prakosa Building UNS, and the final round of Executive and Competitive Table Tennis competition in dr. Prakosa Building UNS. Humas UNS
