UNS — Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta becomes the organizing committee for the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) in Basic Competencies Selection (SKD) for Candidate for State Civil Apparatus (CASN) and Candidate for Government Employees based on Employment Agreement (CPPPK) 2021 for eight districts and municipalities in Central Java. The examination will be held from 15 September to 17 October 2021 in the G.P.H. Haryo Mataram UNS Auditorium.
The opening ceremony of CAT SKD CASN and CPPPK examination 2021 on Wednesday (15/9/2021) was attended by Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, Vice-Rector for Management and Human Resources Affairs, Prof. Bandi, Vice-Rector for Planning, Partnership, Business, and Information Affairs, Prof. Sajidan, university executive board, the Chairman of BKN Regional Office 1 Yogyakarta, represented by the Sub Coordinator of Information Technology Utilization, Chairman of Personnel Office, Education, and Training of Surakarta, Chairman of Personnel Office and Human Resource Development of Karanganyar District, Acting (Plt) Chairman of Personnel Office of Blora District, Chairman of Personnel Office, Education, and Training of Grobogan District, Chief of Personnel Office, Education and Training of Kudus District, Chairman of Personnel Office of Jepara District, Chairman of Personnel Office of Rembang District, and Chairman of Personnel Office, Education, and Training of Pati District.
In his opening remark for the participants of the first session Wednesday (15/9/2021), the Vice-Rector for Planning, Partnership, Business, and Information Affairs UNS, Prof. Sajidan stated that in 2021 UNS collaborates with district districts/municipalities to select competent ASN and PPPK. The examination will be participated by 8,090 CASN participants and 1,135 CPPPK participants. The participants’ details are 5,810 CASN and 422 CPPPK participants for Surakarta, 2,218 CASN and 108 CPPPK participants for Karanganyar District, 1,844 CASN and 254 CPPPK participants for Blora District, 4,378 CASN for Grobogan District, 1,137 CASN and 78 CPPPK participants for Kudus District, 4,232 CASN participants for Jepara District, 3,281 CASN participants for Rembang District, 5,190 CASN and 273 CPPPK participants for Pati District. Prof. Sajidan added that the CAT SKD CASN examination from 15 September to 15 October was scheduled for eight districts/municipalities.
“While for CPPPK will be held on 16 October -17 October 2021 for five district/municipality: Surakarta, Karanganyar District, Blora District, Kudus District, and Pati District,” he added.
Prof. Sajidan hoped that the examination would run smoothly and thanked the representatives from each region for trusting UNS to run the examination. The Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, hopes that the examination will run smoothly even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. “The examination will be held under strict health protocol. I saw that all managing committee and participants are implementing strict health protocols,” he said.
The Chairman of BKN Regional Office 1 Yogyakarta, represented by the Sub Coordinator of Information Technology Utilization, Stephanus Firmanto Tawanggono, S.Kom., appreciated UNS efforts to prepare the examination site for CASN and CPPPK. “This examination is transparent. Participants could check their scores directly after the examination. Thus, they can know directly whether they passed the passing grade. And I reminded that participants should not trust people who promise help in passing the test,” Firmanto stated.
The Chairman of Personnel Office, Education, and Training of Surakarta, Nur Haryani, SE, MM, also mentioned that the collaboration with UNS in managing the CAT SKD CASN had entered the second time because last year similar collaboration was performed. “Alhamdulillah, it runs smoothly.
