UNS — The Rector of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta, Prof. Dr. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M.Hum., introduced the Aggregation and Monitoring System of Key Performance Indicator (IKU) UNS to the Vice Rectors, Representatives of the Academic Senate, Representatives of the Professor Council, Deans, Vice Deans, Heads of Bureaus and Heads of Study Programs (Prodi) within UNS. The event took place at the Auditorium G.P.H. Haryo Mataram UNS, Wednesday (26/7/2023).
Before striking the gong to mark the launch of the Aggregation and Monitoring System IKU UNS, the Rector of UNS, Prof. Dr. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M.Hum. expressed his gratitude to the entire academic community for UNS’ achievements in the IKU 2023 award, where UNS was ranked second (top 10%) among Legal State Universities (PTNBH) and also received two IKU excellences, namely IKU 6 and IKU 7.
“We extend our thanks to all UNS academics for their support, which enabled UNS to achieve these three awards. We hope that we can further improve next year, ” Prof. Jamal explained.
To further support the achievement of UNS’s IKU this year and in the coming years, UNS has developed the IKU Information and Monitoring System, which was completed within two months. The IKU Information and Monitoring System is an aggregation system that gathers data from relevant information systems at UNS to make predictions related to UNS’s IKU achievements.
“The IKU Information System will also be used to monitor and evaluate the IKU for each faculty/school and study program. The IKU Information System will be updated or synchronized regularly once a week so that we can monitor the progress of UNS’s IKU achievements, as well as those of faculties/schools and study programs at any time,” Prof. Jamal added.
The information in this system includes a recapitulation of IKU achievements, detailed achievements, and the raw data forming the IKU achievements. “We hope this information system will facilitate our work in achieving UNS’s IKU this year and in the coming years,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Acting Vice Rector for Business and Information Cooperation Planning UNS, Prof. Irwan Trinugroho, S.E., M.Sc.,Ph.D., stated that the IKU Information System of UNS can be accessed through the website iku.uns.ac.id. “To log in to this page, you can use the UNS SSO login. The system provides explanations for each IKU. There are three menus available in this information system. Firstly, the recapitulation that displays the current overall IKU achievements, secondly, the detailed IKU achievements that show the data in detail, and thirdly, the RAW Data that presents raw data,” Prof. Irwan said.
