UNS – The Rector of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho appointed echelon 3 and 4 and Deputy of UNS Public Relations in Assembly Room 4 dr. Prakosa Building UNS, Tuesday (21/4/2020). This inauguration was unusual because it was conducted through Zoom Cloud Meeting or teleconference by paying attention to the health protocol determined by the government due to COVID-19 pandemic.
The Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho stated that it must be recognized that the sudden COVID-19 outbreak had disturbed the whole order of human life on a large scale, including in the world of education. The academic life and campus management have to change its tradition to be able to run its scientific activities well and smoothly.
“Just like this inauguration, it has to be conducted online,” said Prof. Jamal.
The officials appointed by the Rector of UNS coincides with the commemoration of Kartini Day (Indonesia women emancipation day) is Retno Purwaningsih appointed as Chief of Financial Bureau, Siti Fadilah Imawati as the Chief of FISIP Administration Bureau, Vivien Nova as the Chief of FSRD General and Financial Bureau, Yunanto as the Chief of FKIP Administration Bureau, Eny Winarni as the Chief of Education and Evaluation Bureau, Sutrisna as the Chief of Interest, Talent, Reasoning and Student Information, Tunggul Abdi as the Chief of FEB Administration Bureau, Nuryanto as the Chief of FK General and Financial Bureau, Dwi Agusetyaningrum as the Chief of FKOR General and Financial Planning Bureau, Ardi Wikanto as the Chief of FEB General and Financial Bureau, Hendri Prayitno as the Chief of Program and Partnership Bureau at the LPPM Administration Office, and Haning Dwi Hantari as Coordinating Officer in the Administration Office at the Technical Implementation Unit of Language. On this occasion, the Rector of UNS also inaugurates Dr. Deddy Whinata Kardiyanto as the Deputy of Public Relations at UNS International Office succeeding Dr. Intan Novela.
“I want to congratulate the newly inaugurated officials. I advised that (all of you) adjust (to the new post) immediately, working with new ways to not always losing the momentum.
