UNS – PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) delivered 12 units of portable washbasin for Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta, in the Lobby of dr. Prakosa building UNS, Monday (6/7/2020). The Deputy Branch Manager (DBM) Business Bank BTN Solo, Siti Soelistijati stated that this effort is a form of BTN concern over the millennials in UNS and is a part of BTN Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Siti added that BTN has built a partnership with UNS for over 20 years, she wished that this partnership will be sustainable in the future.
The Vice-Rector for Partnership and Planning Affairs, Prof Sajidan conveyed his gratitude to BTN for the grant and mentioned that it will be of great help in entering the new normal and adapting to the healthy lifestyle by washing hands. The portable washbasin will be installed in 12 places around the campus, including in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Faculty of Medical Science (FK), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science (FMIPA), Faculty of Agriculture (FP), the Head Office, Faculty of Social Studies (FIB), Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Faculty of Engineering (FT), Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD), Faculty of Law (FH) and Vocational School (SV) UNS.
