This prestigious event took place at the Ballroom of Ki Hadjar Dewantara Tower UNS on Monday (10/3/2025). The university organized it as part of the 49th UNS Dies Natalis celebration. A total of 16 distinguished alumni received awards in recognition of their remarkable contributions across various fields.
Recognition for Alumni Achievements
Chairman of the 49th UNS Dies Natalis is Prof. Dr. Ir. Samanhudi, S.P., M.Si., IPM, ASEAN Eng., APEC Eng. He stated that the university officially presented the awards. The ceremony took place during the Open Senate Session on Tuesday (11/3/2025). The university organized the ceremony as part of the celebration. The recipients, who come from diverse academic backgrounds, hold significant positions in government, industry, and academia.
Notable Awardees
Among the recipients are Dr. Budi Santoso, M.Si., an alumnus of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), who serves as Indonesia’s Minister of Trade, and Agus Jabo Priyono, an alumnus of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), now Vice Minister of Social Affairs.

- Dr. Djuyamto, S.H., M.H. (Faculty of Law) – Judge at the South Jakarta District Court.
- Hananto Aji, S.T. (Faculty of Engineering) – Director of Operations 1 at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.
- Bunga Herlina Oktaviyanti, S.E., M.B.A. (Faculty of Economics and Business) – Division Head at PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk.
- I Kadek Edwin Trisnapati, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog. (Faculty of Psychology) – Vice President of Human Capital at PT Fore Kopi Indonesia.
- Ir. Ayub Rizal, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM. (Faculty of Animal Husbandry) – Area Manager at PT Newhope Indonesia.
- Ir. Sunarti, M.M. (Faculty of Agriculture) – Head of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Office for Food Crops, Horticulture, and Livestock (TPHP).
- Arifin Satria Ajinusa, S.Kom. (Faculty of Information Technology and Data Science) – Senior Data Analyst at PT Finaccel Teknologi Indonesia.
- Dr. Ganjar Harimansyah (Faculty of Cultural Sciences) – Secretary of the Language Development and Fostering Agency at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen).
- M. Sony Mughofir, S.Si. (Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) – Head of the Tangerang Office of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM).
- Dr. Ir. Johan Setiawan, S.Hut., M.Sc. (Graduate School) – Head of Baluran National Park, Situbondo, East Java.

One of the most memorable moments was the speech by Agus Jabo Priyono, Vice Minister of Social Affairs. He expressed pride in joining the UNS academic community. He urged universities to play an active role in solving social issues, including poverty.
