UNS — PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk (BRI) presented 13 bicycles to UNS students who paid the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) through BRI. The handover of bicycles took place in front of the Rector, leaders, and staff at the dr. Prakosa UNS Building Courtyard on Friday (12/1/2024).
In his speech, the Rector of UNS, Prof. Dr. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M.Hum., said that during this morning exercise activity, BRI was handing over 13 bicycles as an expression of appreciation to students who have paid UKT through BRI.
“I hope for the students who received the gift that the bicycles will be utilized well,” Prof. Jamal explained. Hopefully, with the bicycle gifts from BRI, it can be a moment of revival and motivation for students to be more enthusiastic about studying at UNS.
“Thank you to BRI for giving bicycles to UNS students. Hopefully, the gifts will increase even more next year,” Prof. Jamal said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the BRI Solo Sudirman Branch, Mustofa Adi Saputro, expressed gratitude to UNS because, until now, BRI has gained trust as a banking partner of UNS. “We hope that the collaboration will continue to improve. This morning (Friday, 12/1/2024), we intend to distribute 13 bicycles to students who paid the UKT in 2023 at BRI. We conducted a draw in December 2023, but we could only distribute it at the beginning of 2024,” Mustofa explained.
Mustofa hopes that the bicycle gifts will be beneficial for students and also support their activities during their studies at UNS. “We hope that in the future, we can support UNS even more and collaborate more intensively, and of course, the collaboration will be even better,” he concluded.
