UNS — As a form of solidarity with the victims of natural disasters in the country, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta holds fundraising action through UNS Peduli (UNS Care). The Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, stated that at the beginning of 2021, several regions in Indonesia were struck by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides.
“We are the academic members of UNS are moved to perform social action through a fundraising for the victims,” Prof. Jamal explained on Monday (25/1/2021).
The fundraising is expected to ease natural disaster victims’ burden. “We invited all UNS academic members who want to help the victims to donate their income for UNS Peduli. Let us work together to make this activity a success,” Prof. Jamal added.
