Encouraging Student Leadership and Growth

During his speech, Prof. Dody emphasized the crucial role of student organizations in personal and professional development.

They also play a vital role in fostering contributions to both the university and the broader community. Student organizations help shape outstanding, high-achieving, and competitive individuals,” he stated.

He also encouraged students to maximize their organizational experience, highlighting their role as agents of change.

“Students are the driving force behind future progress. You are the young generation who will lead this nation toward a better future. Use this opportunity to hone your leadership, expand your network, and contribute to your surroundings. Every small step you take today influences your success tomorrow. Never be afraid to dream big—because with effort, prayers, and hard work, anything is possible,” he added.

Commitment to Organizational Excellence
