UNS – Rector of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta, Prof. Dr. Hartono, dr., M.Si., held a friendly gathering with journalists from various media outlets in Solo City. The event took place at Ki Hadjar Dewantara UNS Tower on Wednesday (23/10/2024).
The Rector was accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Planning, Cooperation, Internationalization, and Information, Prof. Irwan Trinugroho, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., the Director of the UNS Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (TIK), Ir. Ary Setyawan, M.Sc., Ph.D., and the Head of the Public Relations and Media Subdirectorate, Dr. Deddy Whinata Kardiyanto, S.Or., M.Pd.
“Thank you to all the journalists from the Solo media outlets who are here. I would like to express my gratitude for the support you have provided in covering UNS news,” Prof. Hartono said.
Prof. Hartono emphasized that UNS is very open to the media. “UNS has a Public Relations and Media Subdirectorate ready to assist in obtaining information for their reports. The Subdirectorate is prepared to provide any information needed,” he added.
He also hopes this event will further strengthen the relationship between UNS leadership and the media. “We aim to get to know each other better and hope that the good relationship between UNS and our journalist friends will continue to flourish,” Prof. Hartono concluded. Humas UNS
